Course Overview
This intermediate course builds on the foundations to equip NGO professionals with the tools to structure and manage PPPs. It covers governance models, contractual arrangements, financial structuring, risk management, and performance monitoring. Participants will develop the skills to lead partnership negotiations, draft clear agreements, and manage the relationship throughout the partnership lifecycle. The course includes detailed case studies from African infrastructure, health, and education PPPs.
