This practical, hands‑on course guides NGO professionals through the complete cycle of designing and implementing a public‑private partnership project. Participants will learn to conduct feasibility assessments, develop comprehensive project proposals, mobilise resources, manage implementation, and evaluate outcomes. The course emphasises project management tools, stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and sustainability planning. Real‑world case studies from health, education, and agriculture illustrate the challenges and successes of PPP project implementation in Africa.
